Software engineering and computer programming, definitely, they also have some need for writers, (cant have a good RPG without a plot and a script), Composers (just think of the Legend of Zelda score), and people with a general skill in observation and communication. (all those hours of testing) In the end, marketing and other stuff comes into the picture just like any other industry, but those are some of the main ones.
